Strong copper- and aluminium wire can be nicely used to create original pendants and connectors.
Step 1:
Take a piece of copper- or aluminium wire of at least 20cm and make a loop at one end of the wire (see basic techniques for a step-by-step instruction).
Step 2:
String a bead (or several small beads) on the wire, hold the wire with the eye downwards and let the bead fall down.
Step 3:
You can now use the rest of the wire to create a beautiful shape around the bead. You might need more than one try (and more than one eye pin) to make your very own pendant or connector, but practice makes perfect. If you decide to make a connector, you will need to make another loop at the other side of the bead after you have created a shape around the bead (see step 1).
